Oyster Bay
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
A zest for the extraordinary.
Stunningly aromatic tropical fruits and bright citrus notes, with a refreshingly zesty finish.
Recently awarded 90 points at the International Wine Challenge.
The wine that started it all. The first Oyster Bay. Which happened to win the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world. Its brilliant clarity, extraordinary aromatic flavours and refreshing zest are both thrilling and enthralling.
It all starts in our Marlborough vineyards, in the region famous for introducing elegant, cool climate New Zealand wines to the world. Marlborough’s warm days and cool nights create an extended growing season allowing the grapes to develop strong, intense varietal characteristics whilst maintaining a balanced, crisp natural acidity. The result is a distinct wine that is always crisp, elegant, and refreshing. Uniquely Marlborough and undeniably Oyster Bay.

Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand – Technical Information
Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc all starts in the vineyard. We treat each vineyard block and parcel of wine individually. The fruit is harvested at optimum maturity, crushed, gently pressed and the juice is clarified.
A long, slow, temperature controlled fermentation and immediate bottling after winemaking retains all the wonderful fruit flavours and aromas present.
Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw green in colour with brilliant clarity. A concentration of assertive passionfruit and tropical fruit flavours with an abundant bouquet, it is a white wine that is always crisp, elegant and refreshing.
Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand – Winemaking Techniques
