I have just returned from visiting friends in Ontario, Canada. I went shopping for some New Zealand wine to share with my hosts, and as I was in a rather remote part of the province I found it difficult to say the least. On my third try, I found some of your Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc.
While in the wine store, and being a Kiwi, I started winding up the sales staff and they joined in the fun. In the end, I sold three bottles of your fine product to their customers – so there you are, you had an overseas salesman for a while!
I took two bottles back to my friend’s home – Oyster Bay and another bottle as a comparison – the verdict over dinner was 7 to 0 in favour of Oyster Bay.
