This is a very smart wine from a producer that’s becoming increasingly popular on Australian markets. It’s New-Zealand grown and made but won’t break the bank. In many ways it’s typical of good Tasmanian chardonnays: soft and gentle and ever so elegant in weight and texture. The flavours are a mix of stonefruits and quality French Oak. Well worth seeking out.
